You pay for what it cost to get it to you! When you pay a flat rate shipping charge, you don't always get the best price.... Shipping is charged by location and weight... When you order from Emerald Coast Corals we will calculate your shipping cost for all three carriers, and then give you the actual cost that we pay... This could save you a lot of money! Any orders over $250.00 will receive FREE SHIPPING! (Does Not Include Livestock, Live Sand, Live Rock) Before you purchase an item, email us for your delivery cost. sales@EmeraldCoastCorals.com
Almost all live fish, coral and inverts will need to be shipped overnight; Our arrive alive policy is only good if you ship with UPS. Great care goes into packing your new Wet Pets! When they leave our controlled environment they are out of our hands, we have no control over what happens next. You can help by adding shipping insurance to your order; it is very inexpensive relative to the cost of your new Pets. We reserve the right to change the shipping carrier without notice.
There is a box charge for all livestock orders. Our box is 1 1/2 inch thick Styrofoam coolers; this allows us to ship year round. The box charge is $7.00 and includes any heat or ice packs needed for your area. Unlike some sellers, we do not charge extra for additional items. Please Do not turn away any package based on the condition of the box, NO MATTER WHAT! Most Wet Pets will still be alive even in the case of a rare water leak. As soon as your new Wet Pet arrives, follow are acclimation guide as soon as possible, do not leave the box outside for any reason. All Wet Pets will be shipped with Signature Release, unless otherwise specified.
All Wet Pet orders will include a printed version of our detailed Acclimation Guide. Please follow the steps outlined in this guide carefully, this will ensure good health of your new Wet Pets. NOTE; If you live within 30 miles of our location we can deliver your Livestock order to your home of office. Email us if you would like this service, there is a $20.00 Charge for all deliveries. If you live more than 30 miles away and would like your Wet Pet delivered, email us for more information and pricing.
